I know business from the inside.
I’ve spent almost 30 years in business – from advertising agencies to leading marketing and change in large companies, in the Czech Republic and abroad. As a coach, I help leaders and business owners pause and get clear on what matters.
My story
A new approach moves a career forward more often than a new skill does.
I started my career in 1998 and have since worked with very different people – clients, colleagues and my own teams, in several countries. I found that they deal with similar things, whether they come from the Czech Republic, Austria or Britain.
I also learned that one more skill rarely moves a career forward on its own. Far more often, what makes the difference is a change of approach – in how people see themselves and their work.
For me, coaching is a deep, structured conversation. I lead it with respect and empathy, but I don’t avoid uncomfortable topics, even though I know they may not be easy for you. The aim is movement, and that often means stepping out of your comfort zone.
I see my role as helping change get started. And because change tends to be fast, together we also look for the calm that helps you handle it.
So in a session we first pause on what matters to you right now, what gives you energy and what drains it. Only then do we look at what to do differently – the decision is always yours. You can start with a short intro call.
Four things I build on.
-
Honesty
I tell you what I see, even when it isn’t pleasant. Polished feedback wouldn’t help you decide.
-
Respect
I’m responsible for how the session runs; you’re responsible for your decisions. What you say stays between us.
-
Energy
I work with what gives you strength. I want you to leave stronger than you came.
-
Calm
We don’t rush. An hour without your phone or interruptions is room to work out what’s next.
Almost 30 years in business, from agencies to retail.
I’ve built strategies and campaigns for retailers, insurance brands and FMCG companies across Central and Eastern Europe – both in agencies and on the client side.
