For companies

I speak your managers’ language.

Facing conflict in a team, tension between a manager and their people, a new hire or a restructuring? I coach your leaders one to one and whole teams together. I know the pressure managers work under from my own leadership roles. We’ll shape the brief together on the intro call.

Typical situations

When companies usually turn to coaching.

These situations are often linked: a new manager walks into an unresolved conflict, a restructuring reopens old disagreements.

  • Conflict in the team

Tension that holds back collaboration and that nobody names out loud. We name it openly in a setting where no one is judged and look for what the team can agree on.

  • Friction between leaders and their people

A leader and their people – or their boss – have different expectations. Depending on the situation, we choose individual coaching or a joint session.

  • A new person in the team

A new manager or colleague is joining. Coaching helps them find their feet in the new role and helps the team adjust to the new line-up.

  • Transformation and change

A restructuring, a new strategy, digital transformation. I help leaders lead the change and help people find their place in it.

Formats

Individually, or with the whole team.

We choose the format based on the brief: individual coaching for leaders, group sessions with the team, or both.

  • 1:1 for leaders

Regular sessions for CEOs, members of the leadership team and key managers.

    • 60 minutes, at a frequency agreed in advance
    • In person in Vinohrady, or online
  • Group sessions

For the leadership team or the whole team, when the topic concerns everyone.

    • Team conflict, collaboration, change in the company
    • Scope, frequency and venue as agreed
    • In person or online
How it works

A clear framework from the start.

  1. 01

    Brief with HR or leadership

What should change and how we will know it is working.

  2. 02

    Agreement on goals and confidentiality

The sponsor knows the goals and the framework. The content of the sessions stays confidential.

  3. 03

    Sessions

Individually or in groups, at the agreed frequency.

  4. 04

    Review

With the sponsor and the manager I coach, we look at what has changed and what comes next. I don’t share what was said in sessions.

My experience

I know the manager’s job first-hand.

I know both sides: the manager accountable for results and budgets, and the team living through the change. I have hands-on experience allocating investments of up to CZK 1 billion. As a coach, I want to help companies build a culture people believe in and truly live.

  • Lidl

I managed strategy and marketing projects, leading and mentoring six marketing managers. Changes in campaign planning improved how the budget was used.

  • Dentsu

In one of the leading communication agencies I was responsible for change and project management. Better collaboration between teams showed in the agency’s results.

  • BILLA

For eight years I led marketing and PR for a leading food retailer: strategy, the marketing team and crisis communication.

  • BBDO Moscow

On an international assignment, I led and mentored the strategic planning department for FMCG clients such as Mars and Pepsi.

FAQ

What people ask before the first call

What happens on the intro call?

It’s a short online call. You tell me what you’re dealing with, and I explain what working together would look like and what it would cost. Together we find out whether coaching with me can help. The decision is then yours – the call doesn’t commit you to anything.

How much time does coaching take?

A 1:1 session lasts 60 minutes. We decide together up front how often we meet, so the frequency fits your topic and your calendar. Between sessions you try out in practice what we agreed on, and the next session builds on that.

How long do I commit for?

We agree on the length based on what you want to resolve. After a few sessions we review together whether coaching is giving you what you expected and whether it makes sense to continue.

Where do sessions take place?

1:1 sessions take place in person or online, as we arrange. In person, we meet in Prague-Vinohrady, by Jiřího z Poděbrad metro – away from your office, so you can switch off from day-to-day business for an hour. For group sessions we agree the venue as part of the brief.

Who is coaching for?

For business owners, CEOs and senior managers dealing with strategy and growth, leading people or their own career. For companies I coach leaders and teams – the brief usually comes from the HR director or the owner.

How much does coaching cost?

The price depends on the format and scope of our work. I’ll tell you on the intro call; for companies I prepare a proposal.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you say in a session stays between us. In corporate coaching the sponsor knows the goals and the framework, not the content of the sessions.

How is coaching different from consulting or therapy?

You don’t get a ready-made solution. Coaching is a structured conversation in which you get clear on what you want and find your own way. I use my business experience to ask about what really matters – but you decide. And coaching isn’t therapy: if your topic belongs with a psychologist, I’ll tell you.

Do you coach in English?

Yes. I coach in Czech, English and Russian.

Mia Svobodová

Owner of a marketing agency

I wanted to improve my performance at work and I felt low on energy in general. Simona helped me find sources of energy and enthusiasm, and that showed not only at work – the coaching greatly enriched my personal life too. Thank you!

Eva Legnerová

Psychologist

Simona is guiding me through a career change. Our sessions are relaxed and friendly, and although from the outside it might look like just an ordinary chat, her questions stay with me long afterwards. So I come away from every session with food for thought that keeps moving me forward. I also hugely appreciate her warmth and genuine interest – it’s clear she truly cares about my progress and wants to see real results.

Hana Petráková

Owner of a consultancy

With Simona I worked through things about my business that had been on my mind for a long time. She knows how to ask the right questions, and then you end up sorting a lot of it out for yourself. And sometimes that’s all it takes.

When did you last think without interruption?

In a session you silence your notifications and spend an hour on what matters to you right now. We meet in person or online – always in a setting where no one judges you. We start with a short intro call that doesn’t commit you to anything.
